Word search maker

How it works

1. Give it a title and type the words: spelling words, vocabulary, names for a birthday party, anything.
2. Pick the size and difficulty. Easy hides words only left to right and top to bottom; hard uses all eight directions.
3. Print it: the answer key comes on a separate page. Or send the link and it plays on a phone by dragging a finger.

For the classroom

The sheet has space for a name and a date. Accents are dropped, as in any paper word search. The filler letters never spell a second copy of a word from your list by accident: each word is where the maker put it, and nowhere else.
